As Israel continues its relentless airstrikes on Gaza, a Palestinian woman doctor who was on duty at a hospital in Gaza saw her own daughter being carried in on a stretcher.

Video of the moment showed Doctor Ghada Abu Eida, walking through the emergency department of Indonesian Hospital in Gaza on Wednesday Nov. 1, when paramedics carrying an injured person on a stretcher ran past her.

Eida is seen looking at the paramedics as they rush by her before she realizes it is her own daughter.

She lets out a wail and starts crying while chasing the paramedics down the hallway of the hospital.

When she finally sees her injured daughter, she is seen breaking down as people carry her away.

The video has gone viral on social media.

More than 8,800 Palestinians have now been killed by Israel’s airstrikes on Gaza, with more than 3,500 of them being children.
