A video of a couch being blown out of an apartment building and flying across the sky as strong winds and storms hit Turkey has gone viral.
Footage on social media showed the couch being blown into the sky from a 35-story high-rise building on Wednesday May 17, when the capital city of Turkey, Ankara, was hit by powerful gusts of wind reaching speeds of 45 kilometers per hour.
Th storm lifted windows and rooftops of buildings and uprooted trees.
The couch crashed into nearby buildings before eventually falling to the ground.
Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.
The person who filmed the video, Onur Kalmaz, told Turkish news agency Demirören Haber Ajansı that the couch remained usable after it ended up in his garden.
